From in-person event to virtual.

Challenge

Due to COVID-19, BizEventz needed to switch their Non-Profit Awards from in-person to virtual. DRP was tasked to increase video views for the event. 

Solution

To identify the optimal target market, DRP examined the database of BizEventz attendance, nominators, web traffic, and other data. The target audience was divided into different age groups, industries, locations, and preferred platforms. This program’s past involvement has primarily come through Facebook, which has led to a concentrate on Facebook advertising while concurrently testing on other digital channels. To increase understanding, the target audience profile was developed utilizing both previously gathered information and fresh data. Targeted traffic was brought in to view the virtual event using our conversion approach.

Results

DRP successfully increased video views for the event by 5,331%..
