Challenge
Visual Technologies has grown rapidly and branched into a number of new areas. Its current customer base and prospective customers were too often unaware of the variety of services and level of expertise offered. Visual Technologies hired Digital Reach Platform (DRP) to develop and manage a branding campaign to match public awareness with the company’s capabilities.
Solution
DRP initially conducted a social-media audit and created benchmarks to measure progress. Next, we updated the client’s social-media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter) with timely information and then created a social-media calendar to share with Visual Technologies. DRP posted information three times weekly, two of which focused on the company’s wide expertise along with photos of current projects. The third post reflected industry-related content that positioned Visual Technologies as a leader in the industry.
Results
Over the course of six months, Visual Technologies posted a 1,595-percent increase in social-media impressions (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter), resulting in a 5,855 percent jump in website-link clicks. At the conclusion of the campaign, Visual Technologies recorded an increase in its social-media followers of 105 percent.
